Do not give it like a pill to cure an ache,

or a shot to force your soul to partake.

 

Let it be your compass, steady and true,

guiding your path, a inner view.

 

A lighthouse glow in the darkest night

pointing towards what you know feels right.

 

It is no hammer to shatter or break,

but a bridge for other seekers to take.

 

For faith, when pure, is no mere tool,

but a steady river, calm and cool.

 

So tread with care, let it be something to inspire,

a spark to kindle, not a fire.

 

In practicing it, we find our part,

and show,

 

the quiet within our heart.
