“Thinkers and Feelers”

With heads and hearts we think and feel,
as we go about life's busy wheel.
Cautious at times but making very clear,
we try make life worth living without a fear.

We try very hard to what we will do,
and carry out the plans we intend to do.
Building a future that the sands of time will withstand,
a better world for our children we try hard to plan.

Honest intentions shaping our every thought,
as we try to give them a better life if it were sought.
We are in an age of thought and light,
beams and rays on just what is right.

Illuminating an enlightened show,
directions to a road pointing the right way to go.
It's when our thoughts become a living thing,
and we use our heads like a hammers ring.

The ultimate aim, to aid and civilize,
making our nation great and wise.
New technologies make our way to go,
sciences illuminating the enlightened show.

Thoughts becoming wings of fire,
drowning out the naysayer's choir.
Yea, with honest hearts and determined hands,
we will craft a just and more beautiful land.

No time to see a deed unjust,
a plan from the heart with hands to trust.
So ... let your hands and heart to feel,
and make our land,

a thought that is real.
