“Life Is Not Over Yet”

 

When your life is a storm, some bend, some break,

while others turn the tide, and waves they can make.

 

The road is never easy, so why do some find their way,

shutting out the dark shadows that cloud a bright day.

 

It can’t always be good fortune, or luck that’s to blame,

the choice always yours, you must play a tough game.

 

Although the same winds blow, life’s sails can be set,

just believe in yourself, that life is not over yet.

 

Be strong, sing a song, and hum a tune to move on.

Don’t get stuck in doubt,

wasting a day without a shout.

 

Ignite the flame residing inside,  

put all your troubles away,

and feel the warmth of this life you deserve…

a good ride.
