The Archivist Series

Tragedy in Galoshes

Pete - Poem - Archivist - Tragedy in Goloshes - ImageFX (10000).png

"Tragedy in Galoshes"

Dull lifeless orbs

jammed in spidery craters

eying Asian nectar

anticipating relief

in false prick of promise.

God- like as the mindless

in an alley shoots his shot,

just another statistic,

nothing more, nothing less.

Abrasive moods

thistle thoughts

conjuring anguish

burning memories.

A tragedy in galoshes

shuffling in the dour slush

as the windy city blows

her wintry breath.

Down garbage strewn alleys

that harbor the dregs,

of yet another ...

lost generation.

My youngest brother, William, "Billy-me-boy!" is working on a book series.

If you are into Science Fiction, you might just like it. He's been working on it all his life.

He has a small page done with WIX. Cut and paste the link below to check it out.

The vast majority of images not drawn by my hand were interpreted by the genius of ChatGPT, and FLUX 2.

Fascinating stuff. Don't you think?

However, the photos of me, and a few others are real.

All the narration is presented by Fish Audio. In my humble opinion, it is one of the best.
